Frequently Asked Questions

Are the syrup bottles included?

No. You'll receive only the empty organizer. The Zerup bottles shown in photos are for illustration only – buy them separately from More Nutrition or ESN.

Does it fit other syrup bottles, like ESN?

Yes. ESN Zerup bottles have the same diameter and fit perfectly. For other brands (Bodylab, JUIZY etc.) please check the bottle diameter first or message us.

How many bottles fit?

Exactly 8 bottles of standard size (65 ml). Limited editions or larger bottles may not fit.

Does it stand on its own or need mounting?

It stands stably on any flat surface – no mounting required. On very smooth surfaces, we recommend adding non-slip pads, especially if kids or pets are around.

What if it arrives damaged?

Just send us a photo within 7 days – we'll reprint and reship at no cost.

A Note on 3D-Printed Originals

Every organizer is printed individually to order. As a result, you may see subtle print marks (e.g. fine layer lines) – part of the charm of handcrafted 3D prints. Slight color variations from product photos are possible depending on your monitor.
