Frequently Asked Questions

Will my headset fit on the stand?

The Skullflame is designed for all common over-ear gaming headsets with a headband – including brands like SteelSeries, Razer, HyperX, Logitech, Sony, and Corsair. On-ear headsets and in-ear headphones without a headband are not suitable.

Which controllers fit in the base?

The two slots at the base fit the PS5 DualSense, PS4 DualShock, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch Pro Controller, and most other standard gaming controllers. Standalone Joy-Cons without a grip attachment may not fit optimally due to their size.

Do I need to assemble it?

No. The Skullflame is delivered fully printed and ready to use straight out of the box – no assembly, no tools, no effort.

What's included in the box?

You receive exactly 1× Skullflame Headset & Controller Stand in your chosen color. Headset, controllers, consoles, or any other accessories are not included and shown for illustration only.

What if it arrives damaged?

Just send us a photo within 7 days of receipt – we'll reprint and reship at no cost.

A Note on 3D-Printed Originals

Every Skullflame is printed individually to order. Subtle print marks (layer lines) may be visible – part of the character of handcrafted 3D prints. Slight color variations from product photos are possible depending on your monitor settings.
