Frequently Asked Questions

Are the dry zones really waterproof?

Yes. The front dry zones have a closed bottom that is fully waterproof. Splash water and residual moisture from the wet zone are completely diverted through the separate drainage channel.

Where does the water from the wet zone go?

The water flows through an internal channel to the front and exits discreetly at the front edge. You can place the organizer at the edge of your sink (water drains into the basin) or use a small saucer underneath.

PLA or PETG — which should I choose?

For regular bathroom use, PLA is fine. If you'll use the organizer in intensely humid areas (shower zone, sauna vicinity, constant water exposure), we recommend PETG — it's more heat- and water-resistant. Just message us with your preference when ordering.

Can I order a custom color?

Absolutely. Message us before or right after ordering with your color request. Specialty colors like pastel, neon, or metallic shades are often possible too.

How do I clean the drainage channel?

Rinse the organizer briefly under running water once a week. For stubborn limescale, a mild vinegar-water mix works well.

What if it arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 7 days. We'll reprint and reship at no cost.

A Note on 3D-Printed Originals

Every organizer is printed individually to order. As a result, you may see subtle print marks (e.g. fine layer lines) — part of the charm of handcrafted 3D prints. Slight color variations from product photos are possible depending on your monitor.
