Is a plant included?

No. You'll receive only the ZenRain planter (upper basin + removable base). The plant shown in photos is for illustration only.

How does the rain effect work?

You fill water into the upper basin. Gravity releases it slowly, drop by drop, onto the soil below – like a gentle rain. This gives even deep watering and looks soothing while it works.

Does it hold water without leaking?

The upper basin is printed to hold water and release it in a controlled way. Don't overfill past the line, and place the planter on a surface that can handle the occasional drop – with a natural stone-texture finish, a drop can sometimes run down the outside.

Can I choose the color?

Yes. Pick your favorite in the variant menu. For the classic zen look we recommend grey, white, or black – but the stone texture works in any color. Special request? Message us before ordering.

What if it arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 7 days. We'll reprint and reship at no cost.

A Note on 3D-Printed Originals

Every planter is printed individually to order. As a result, you may see subtle print marks (e.g. fine layer lines) – part of the charm of handcrafted 3D prints. The stone texture (fuzzy skin) is slightly unique on every piece. Slight color variations from product photos are possible depending on your monitor.
