Frequently Asked Questions

Do all mug sizes fit in the hollow?

The recess is designed for standard coffee mugs and tea cups. Very wide glass bases may overhang slightly – it still works perfectly as a coaster.

Is the coaster heat-resistant?

PLA deforms above ~50°C / 122°F. The mug in between provides sufficient protection – avoid direct contact with boiling-hot pots or similar items.

Can I combine multiple snowmen?

Yes, several coasters side by side create a fun melting scene. Perfect as a festive table display or as a small gift set.

Is it dishwasher-safe?

No – PLA deforms in the dishwasher. Wipe only with a damp cloth.

What if it arrives damaged?

Just send us a photo within 7 days – we'll reprint and reship at no cost.
