How exactly does the pop-up effect work?

The treetop is mounted on a rod that also supports the Santa figure. Lift the top – the rod pulls Santa upward, he appears above the tree. Put the top back – Santa sinks and is hidden again.

Is the mechanism sturdy enough for children?

Yes, it's solid enough for curious hands (ages 3+). Please don't yank – gently lifting is all it takes.

Can I customize the tree colors?

Green/red/gold is the standard color scheme. For custom color requests, message us before ordering.
